Drs. Cassinelli and Shanker have treated 3 of my children and all have had a wonderful experience. Teenagers tend to be annoyed with anything away from their routine but each child was very comfortable in going to their appointments. The staff was always so welcoming and Dr Cassinelli and Dr. Shanker related so well with each child. I have recommended Dr. Cassinelli and Dr. Shanker to several friends and will continue to recommend them without any reservations. We loved WCO!!!

My experience was great. My teeth look amazing, and it was well worth the 2.5+ years I had them on! The orthodontists were very caring, and you begin to develop a relationship with them on a personal level. I love the doctors and staff at the West Chester office. They have always been super sweet, patient and thorough. The front office staff was always quick to arrange a last minute appt when something had "popped off" or been damaged and my son's turned out beautifully!! I would not hesitate to recommend this set of doctors - even to those who are afraid of the dentist (Like me!!)
It's been a long haul from herpst device to brace removal. Three full years later, I really appreciate the reminders and ratings on teeth cleaning and the ability to call with questions and concerns along the way. I do wish there was more flexibility with scheduling and more longer evening appt availability. I struggled to get her here for day appointments with my work, and didn't want her to miss school. Overall the people here are fabulous!

Had a wonderful experience here! The receptionist is a very kind and interesting person to talk to. She knew me by name by the second or third visit. Both the orthodontists were accommodating and knowledgable. Having met with both of them they each asked me my expectations and explained to me the process my teeth would undergo as well as answered any questions I had and addressed my concerns. The assistants were all very kind and gental, as much as one can be while pulling your jowls out of the way. I always had explained to me what was going to happen while being kept comfortable in their cushy reclining chairs. I had trouble making payments so they worked with me instead of hurting my credit and still saw to it I was taken care of and didn't miss an appointment. I left there with a t-shirt, candy, retainers, and a beautiful smile! I feel confident when I smile and love to show off my pearls now!

The staff is phenomenal! Everyone is friendly and welcoming. A patient is greeted by first name and made to feel comfortable and at ease from the moment they walk on the door. The doctors continue this atmosphere as they meet with the patient. They explain what they are going to do and do it with a smile! I appreciate the promptness. I have never had to wait for an appointment. The office is very accommodating! They work with you to give you an appointment time that is convenient. They also are great at informing you of upcoming appointments or letting you know of a change in your appointment. The entire staff makes a visit to the orthodontist a pleasant experience!
